The Ketchikan Visitors Bureau's Visitor Information Center has two convenient locations in the heart of downtown Ketchikan and close to cruise ship disembarkation points. Our main facility is located on the waterfront, at the corner of Front and Mission Streets, while our satellite facility is two blocks north, at cruise ship berth #3. The centers provide a wealth of information and services to help you make the most of your vacation. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are available to answer your questions and provide brochures, maps and information about Ketchikan and other Alaskan destinations. Other services include pay phones, public restrooms ATM and phone cards.

At our main location you’ll find the KVB Tour Center (open May through September) which is unique within the state. Most local tour companies are represented, with sales staff available to assist with same day tour bookings or advance reservations.

Hours

• May through September: 7 days a week
• October through April: visit us at Front and Mission, open M-F 8am to 5pm.

Local tour operators are required to carry the proper state and local licenses and must be insured in order to operate in Ketchikan. Many have lived in the community for years and provide a personal perspective to our unique lifestyle.
